SONS, Raymond D., 88, of Tullahoma, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006, at Harton Regional Medical Center. A Bedford County native, he was the son of the late Alex Sons and Sarah Glasgow Sons. He had been married to the late Mary Bailey Sons. He was a Baptist, and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of American Legion.
Survivors include one daughter, Nancy (Jimmy) Fuller, Tullahoma; a sister, Pauline Gunn, Wartrace; granddaughter, Jennifer English; two great-grandchildren, Abigale and Isabella English, all of Tullahoma.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Dec. 27, at Daves-Culbertson Chapel. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Tullahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Legion Big Brothers. Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. www.davesculbertson.com
