Obituary-
Mrs. Mabel Brown Kohland, 63, 116 Mechanic St, died Tuesday in the Milford Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for five weeks. She was the wife of Edward W.Kohland.
A native of Brownsville, near Harrington, daughter of the late George H. (Park) Brown and Mollie Ringgold Brown, she had lived in the Harrington area all of her life.
She was recently retired from the E.I. du Pont de Nemours Company plant at Seaford where she had worked for 15 years. Services will be held at the Boyer Funeral Home, Harrington, on Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. William H. Miller, pastor of Pilgrim Holiness Church, Harrington, assisted by the Rev. Olin Shockley, pastor of the Asbury Methodist Church, will officiate.
Interment will be in Hollywood Cenetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday after 7 pm.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by two brothers, George Clinton Brown, and Raymond R. Brown, both of Harrington; and a foster brother, Lewis Hurd, Farmington.
