He was born on September 8, 1917 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Robert and Cleophus Segura Breaux.
Joe had lived in Groves for 62 years and was a member of St. James Catholic Church. He served in the United States Air force and was retired as a Lt. Colonel from the Air Force Reserves.Joe retired from Fina as a supervisor.
Joe is survived by his wife, Joyce Breaux; daughter, Molly Breaux; son, Michael Breaux; two grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
Burial: Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves, Texas.
