MRS MARY CATHERINE SNYDER died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth M Curlee, 638 Washington Ave, Wednesday at 11:35 pm, after an illness of 18 months.
She was born in Ellerslie, Md, daughter of the late James and Susan (Green) Buchanan. She moved to Hagerstown 55 years ago. She is the widow of Freeland G Snyder.
She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Besides her daughter, she is survived by a son, Harry F Manning; Widen, W Va; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Private services Saturday at 2 pm at Suter Funeral Home conducted by the Rev Paul B Watlington. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Williamsport
