M. Violet "Bootz" (Sterner) Seitz, 93, formerly of Fox Ridge Manor of Dover, died at 9:10 a.m. Sunday at Manor Care Health Services North. She was the wife of Arthur S. Seitz, who died Jan. 24, 1993.
The service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Diehl Funeral Home Inc., 87 S. Main St., Mount Wolf. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Seitz was born Feb. 19, 1903, in Hanover. She was the daughter of the late Emory E. and Abby (Hamme) Sterner.
She was a secretary/accountant for John H. Myers and Sons for more than 23 years. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Mount Wolf and American Association of Retired Persons.
Mrs. Seitz is survived by a sister, Ann Wolf of Destin, Fla.; and nieces and nephews.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Wayne F. Heberlig.
