Edwin A. Andrews, 65, of Institute Lane, a fleet supervisor for the Louttit Laundry, Providence, for 30 years before retiring in 1977, died yesterday at Rhode Island Hospital.
He was the husband of Marilyn E. (Wright) Andrews.
Born in Scituate, he was a son of the late Frank R. and Martha W. (Barber) Andrews.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and also an Army veteran.
He was a member of the building committee of the North Scituate Elementary School, the American Legion Post 19 and the Hamilton Lodge of Masons.
Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, two brothers, four sisters and three grandchildren.
