Julia Louisa Honeycutt was born circa August 1858 to John and Ora Talitha Hampton Honeycutt in Gilmer County, Georgia. Julia married Henry Turney Blair circa 1875 in Searcy County, Arkansas. To this union 15 children were born:
Millard Fillmore 1877, John F. 1878, Lita C. E. 1880, Mary Ellen 1881, Samuel S. 1883, Sarah E. 1885, Lillie Belle 1887, Lucy Jane 1888, William Riley 1890, Esta Avis 1892, Isaac W. 1893, Arley Otilee 1896, Benjamin Harrison 1898, and Dora Ida Stewart; all children were born in Searcy County, Arkansas near the Calf Creek Community.
