Charles passed away on June 8, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Eva Slack-Lewis, his sons Charles L. Lewis Jr. and Christopher Lewis of Olympia, WA, stepdaughter Alesia Slack of Federal Way, WA, his mother Priscilla (Perry) Nicolopoulos, and siblings James Lewis, Carol Smith of Tacoma, WA, and Linda (Thomas) Davis of Lacey, WA, as well as several nieces, uncles, aunts, and nephews.
The homegoing service will be at Tahoma National Cemetery on June 21, 2013 at 9:30am.
