Final Rites For
G.C. Baugh,
84, Held Sat. June 1
Grover Cleveland Baugh, 84, died Friday, May 31, in the Homer Memorial Hospital, from a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 1 at 4:30 p.m. from Congers Funeral Home Chapel, in Arcadia, with Dr. Billy K. Smith, pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. G.C. Baugh, of Homer; one son, G.C. Baugh, Jr., of Homer; three daughters, Mrs. H.D. Hundley of Conroe, Tex., Mrs. W.C. Pennington, of Cleveland, Tex., and Mrs. Nancy B. Newman, of Port Arthur, Tex., eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
