FULTON — Charles N, Sturgis, 69, of RD 3, Fulton, died Wednesday in Tampa, Fla. after a brief illness. Born in the town of Lysander, he was a life resident of the area. He retired in 1978 after 40 years of employment at Nestle Co. in Fulton. Surviving are his wife, Florence; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Joyce, Mrs. Martha Becker and Mrs. Margaret Mack, all of Fulton, and Miss Christine Sturgis of Oswego; two sons, Peter of Portsmouth, N.H., and David of Fulton; four stepdaughters, June Barnhart of Fulton, Jeanette Robinson of Utica, Dolores Huggins of Tampa, Fla., and Bertha Watson of North Syracuse; three stepsons, Delbert Hoyt of Colosse, Carl of Fulton and Clarence Hoyt of Oswego; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Young and Son Funeral Home, Rev Richard Northrop officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton
