Rosie Foose, 85, of Greeley died Wed., Jan. 31, at Bonell Good Samaritan Center. She was born Jan. 31, 1911, in Kersey to George and Anna Marie (Miller) Stroh.
On Aug. 9,1935, she married Walter Foose in Greeley.
Mrs. Foose was raised and educated in Kersey and was on the school baseball team. She later moved to Greeley and had lived here since. Mrs. Foose was a member of St. Paul's Congregational Church.
Survivors are her husband, Walter of Greeley; a daughter; a son; a brother, Reuben Stroh of Levington, N.M.; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 pm Monday at St. Paul's. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association in care of Adamson Mortuary.
