She worked at Dan River Mills for 22 years and was also a homemaker. She was a member of the St. John's United Methodist Church. She spent most of her life in the Mt. Cross area. Mrs. Blair married Sydney Lee Blair on December 25, 1926.
She is survived by her daughters: Barbara Hearp and Edith Gauldin (Homer); twelve grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her husband: Sydney Lee Blair; a son: Clifton Dale Blair; a daughter: Charlotte Edna Turpin; three grandchildren. She was the last surviving sibling.
Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
