Robert Carrol Brezler
Robert Carrol Brezler (Bob) passed away on July 10, 2013 after a yearlong battle with cancer. Born in Hagerstown, Md. on Dec. 5, 1954, he grew up loving God, family and country. Bob married his beloved, Virginia, in 1986. They have one daughter, Mary Lemay. In 1996, the family moved to Washington.
Bob is survived by his wife and daughter, his parents David Edward Brezler and Sylvia Dolores Fogle, step mom Nancy, brothers David and Randy, sister Laura, half brother Chris, step siblings Mark and Brenda. He is preceded in death by his step dad Donald Fogle.
In service to the Lord, Bob joined Holy Trinity Church, and became a Eucharistic Minister. He joined the Knights of Columbus and loved hunting and fishing, enjoying these best with close family.
Following many challenges and a full working life, he participated in the Business Enterprise Program through the WA State Department of Services for the Blind and managed a snacks stand in Seattle.
In Bremerton, WA a vigil will be held until 5 p.m. Thursday, July 18 at Lewis Funeral Chapel and on July 19 at Holy Trinity Church a second viewing at 10 a.m., Mass at 11 a.m., followed by a reception.
In lieu of flowers, Bob requests donations be given to: BEP, Dept. of Services for the Blind, PO Box 40933, Olympia, WA 98504-0933 IMO Robert Brezler.
