Will was the son of Edward C. & Jane "Jennie" Blackwood Bishop. He married Alice Barrett November 26, 1889 in Union county, Ms. and they had the following children: William Arthur, Luther Lee, Mary Lillian and Minnie Jane. After Alice died, Will married Mary Magdaline Prather on April 17, 1898 in Union county, Ms. Will and Mary had Mary Alice, Mandy Parlee, Andrew Jackson, Alvie and Lucille. Will died in the home of his son William Arthur in the Friendship/Chapelville Community of Lee County, Ms.
