Mr. Harold E. "Bamie" Beane, 91, of Rockville, died Tuesday, May 28, at Lorine Nursing Home, Mount Airy.He was the husband of the late Martha K. Beane.He was born in Rockville.Mr. Beane had worked as an automobile salesman for Rockmont Chevrolet in Rockville.He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Pacific theater during World War II.Surviving are three children, Anne B. Slater of Frederick, Robert W. Beane of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., and Rebecca M. Beane of Manassas, Va.; and four grandchildren, Stephen, Stacy and Mark Slater, and Michael Beane.The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 30, at Pumphrey's Colonial Funeral Home, 300 W. Montgomery Ave., Rockville, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 31.Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.
