Daughter of: George P. Collins (1830-1894) and Ruth Ann Bostick (1835-1897)

Born in Smyrna, having lived most her life in the Smyrna - Kenton Area before moving North to Newark, Delaware. She was a housewife, a farmers wife, a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Florence married first to John Howard Arnett (1866-1893) and they had two sons: Howard "Henry" Purnell Arnett (1890-1921) and Raymond C. Arnett (1893-1894). John left this earth to early and she remarried Benjamin D. Burrows (1872-1950) and they had several children with only one living a mature life. (Gilbert Bostic Burrows 1902-1902 and twin, Charles Herbert Burrows 1902-1902, Helen Burrows 1908-1908, Hazel M. Burrows Sr 1908-1996).

Florence had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
