Mrs. V. E. Hargett Dies After Illness

Mrs. Virgil Edwin Hargett, 22, of 4117 Brown, a resident of Dallas for five years, died Wednesday at the home of her parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil A. Hargett, of 8024 Broken Arrow. She had been ill for six months.

Mrs. Hargett was born in Allen, Collin County. She was graduated from Plano High School. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Allen.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Mausoleum, Northwest Highway and HIllcrest. The Rev. William H. Dickerson Jr. will officiate, and entombment will be in Hillcrest Mausoleum.

Survivors are her husband; a son, Virgil Edwin Hargett Jr.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Dee Angel of Allen; four sisters, Mrs. Homer Cuffman of Allen, Mrs. A. C. Nicholson Jr. of Dallas, Mrs. H. E. Ritchey of McKinney and Mrs. Joe Uselton of Richardson, and her grandmother, Mrs. James Angel of Allen.
