She was born October 8, 1930 in Thorncreek Township, Whitley County a daughter of Riley Marion and Lola Ellen (Gause) Pressler. Her formative years were spent in Whitley and Noble Counties.
She was employed at Blue Bell, Knitting Mill in Fort Wayne and Weatherhead.
Surviving relatives include three sister-in-laws, Ruth Pressler of Columbia City, Dorcas Pressler and Joan Pressler, both of Churubusco; and several nieces and nephews.
Four brothers preceded her in death, Warren Allan Pressler, Max Edgar Pressler, Gene Riley Pressler and Donald J. Pressler.
The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. The burial will be in Blue River Cemetery. The visitation will be from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
