Ida Mae "Winnie" Beitzel, 98, of New Matamoras died Thursday February 12, 2015 at Harmar Place. She was born on April 29, 1916 at Sycamore Valley, Ohio the daughter of Elmer and Anna Mary Morris Mobberly.

She was a member of the Market Ave Church of Christ in Canton, Ohio and of the Matamoras Church of Christ and had been employed as a LPN at the Mckinley Nursing Home In Canton.

She was married to Clarence Windland and he preceded her in death in March of 1968. She then married James Beitzel and he died on August 1, 1975.

She is survived by one daughter Donna Slonaker (Paul) of New Matamoras, three granddaughters Paula Smith, Pam Moore and Brenda Moore and one grandson Danny Slonaker, 12 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by seven sisters Mattie Hall, Edna Ayers, Odessa Walters, Margaret Conner, Ruth Barnhart Elizabeth Coss and Ada Lovett an two brothers Amos Mobberly and Andrew Mobberly.

The family wants to thank the staff of Harmar Place for 14 years of loving care.

Funeral services will be held at the Hadley Funeral Home New Matamoras at 11:00 A.M. on Monday February 16. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the services.
Burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at Graysville, Ohio.
