Wilson Hyde, 68 a life-long resident of Owego R.D. 2, died in Tioga General Hospital, Waverly, Tuesday. Funeral services will be conducted at the Fred B. Emens Funeral Home, Front Street, at 2 p. m. Saturday by the Rev. Erford Freelove. Burial will be in Flemingville Cemetery. Mr. Hyde was born in Owego Aug. 6, 1879, son of William and Sarah Whitmarsh Hyde. Besides his wife, Mrs. Nettie Cornell Hyde, he is survived by four sons, Clinton, Leon, Lawrence and Harold Hyde, and a stepson, Arnold Cornell, all of Owego; two daughters, Mrs. Jessie Talcott, Owego and Miss Helen Hyde, Syracuse; two brothers, Albert Hyde, Owego and Fred Hyde, Wolcott, and two sisters, Mrs. Edna Robbins, Smithville Flats and Mrs Emma Moon, Owego.
