Sally Wallace Hook, 93, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013. Mrs. Hook, daughter of Thomas Arthur Wallace and Florence Love Wallace, was born in Jackson, Tennessee on September 6, 1919. She was one of eight children, all now deceased, and was widowed three times.
She leaves her sons Richard Gary West, and Frederick Wallace Smith. Her middle son Vernon Thomas West preceded her in death in 1977.
She is survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grand children and four great-great-grand children.
She was active in a number of clubs, civic organizations, charities and St. John's Episcopal Church over her long life.
Services were private. Memorial Park Cemetery, Memphis, TN, "Behind the Stone Wall".
