Mrs. Sproles was a homemaker and member of South Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Curtis Greer and her mother, Annie Elizabeth Greer.

She was survived by her husband, Leslie Sproles, Sr. of Wisner; three sons, William Curtis King of Natchez, MS, James Lee King of Bastrop and Leslie Sproles Jr. of Wisner; two daughters, Dorothy Lee Sproles Jones of Bastrop and Shirley Elizabeth King of Wisner; three sisters, Ive Lee Gray of Ferriday, Lucille May of Johnson Station and Jeannette Thompson of Summit; 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
