Mary Marvin Montgomery Badgett passed away on June 18, 2011. Born in 1908 in La Follette, TN, she had a full and exciting life.

She married Harry Badgett from Kingsport in 1930 and lived in Johnson City for several years. In the late 1930's they moved to Santa Rosa, California where they owned an exclusive ladies boutique. For many years Marvin continued to operate the boutique after Harry's passing in 1963. Clientele included many customers from the Napa Valley and Sonoma County area. She traveled internationally to seek and provide the finest clothing for her customers.

Marvin lived in Santa Rosa for 50 years and moved to Winter Park, Florida in 1993. She was preceded in death by Harry, her brothers and sisters; Maxine Gervais, Marjorie Roush; Trox Montgomery, Eva Trammell and Charles Montgomery.

Survivors include: nephew Harlan Trammell and his wife Sally of Winter Park, FL and a large number of nieces and nephews throughout the U. S.

Marvin was entombed in the Monte Vista Memorial Park Mausoleum in Johnson City, TN with Harry on June 23, 2011.
