Mrs. Katherine E. Reynolds, 79, of Rt. 1, Gorham, died early today in St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro after an illness of six months.
She was born May 26, 1884, in Jackson County, the daughter of Andrew and Lucinda Fraley Worthen. She was married in 1924 to Edward Reynolds, who died in 1953.
She leaves sisters, Mrs. Maude Beck and Mrs. Uba Baker, both of Gorham, and Mrs. Bess Johnson of Carbondale; and brothers, A. C. Worthen of Murphysboro and A. W. Worthen of Shelbina, Mo.
One brother, Grover Worthen, died in 1957.
