Arcola — The body of Mrs. George W. Denman, who died Sunday at Centralia, was brought to this city for burial, arriving via the Illinois Central Tuesday evening. Accompanying the remains were the husband and Mrs. James Robinson and daughter, Mrs. Mae Robinson-McElrea. From the station they went directly to the Arcola cemetery. The funeral services were held at Centrailia Tuesday morning under the auspices of the Court of Honor and the Ben Hur lodges.
Mrs. Denman was ill for several months, her death being caused by cancer of the breast. She was for many years a resident of Arcola. She was first married to William Diehl, of this city, and after his death she married Mr. Denman, an Illinois Central trainman. She was 60 years of age.
