Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Deacon Mike Radosevich will officiate. Burial
will follow at High Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Wade died Saturday, April 23, 2005, at her home. She was born Dec. 2,
1956, in Hollister, Calif., to Benjamin and Ora Mae Cunningham McLain. She
graduated from high school in California.
She was married to Ivan Rex Wade for 26 years. Mrs. Wade was a machinery
operator and an X-ray technician at Valley View Regional Hospital. She was
affiliated with the Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ivan Rex Wade, of the home; two daughters,
Johna Miller, of the home and Sara McLain, Tulsa; a son, Bruce Fulton and his
wife Kristy, Ada; three grandchildren, Brett Miller, Wade Miller and Kali
Fulton; a brother John Cunningham and wife Joyce, Sasakwa.
Bearers will be Cody Hayes, Greg Stewart, Jimmy "Bullitt" Maxberry, Brian
Lancaster, Tommy Wade, Tommy Lawson, Gary Humpreys and Jesse Weaver. Honorary
bearers will be Jamie Smith and Robert Orso.
