Was for many years employed by the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad as a master mechanic.


After his death, James' body was taken to East Lawn in Sacramento for cremation.

Note: His cremains were most likely buried in this cemetery, but more research is necessary. His parents and two siblings are thought to be buried here, thus until any other info comes to light, James C. McCormack will be placed here as well.
