Sid L.Kline, of Honolulu, co-founder of the Hawaii Alcoholism Foundation, and a halfway house at Sand Island, died Wednesday in Queen's Hospital. Kline, 68, was born in Corvallis, Ore. He is survived by daughters Patricia E. and Sydney L. Kline, and companion Coral D. Lyford. Memorial services: 2:30 p.m.Monday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punch Bowl. Casual attire. No flowers. Memorial donations suggested to the Halfway House for Men, Sand Island, P.O. Box 3035, Honolulu 96802.
