The death of George W. Grinnell, aged 84 years, occurred at his home in Farmington on Wednesday afternoon following a long illness. He had resided on the farm where he died for 40 years. He leaves his widow; one son, George Grinnell of Farmington; and five daughters, Mrs. James Gillis of Victor; Mrs. Hart Gillis, Mrs. W. C. Power and Mrs. Will Webster of Farmington; and Mrs. Z S. Boswell of Canandaigua. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock.
