CLINE. Nannie Cline was born Sept 28th, 1860 and died Nov. 18th, 1914 aged 54 years, 1 month, and 20 days. The deceased was born in Union County and was the daughter of James and Serupta Cline. Her mother died when she was eighteen years of age. She being the eldest child at home (the elder sisters being married), with the assistance of her father kept the home and raised the younger children until about 19 years ago her father died. Shortly after, she with her younger brother Samuel came to Henry county where she has since resided. Abouty 20 years ago she joined the Protestant Methodist church in Union county and has since claimed the Christian faith, and during her sickness, which was of long duration, she learned to trust in her Savior more fully and frequently expressed herself as "trusting in the Lord" and if her last hour would lisp the name "Dear Jesus." By her request Christian people met with her
and held prayer during her sickness. We believe her spirit has gone to God who gave it. She was of self-sacrificing disposition in health and always cheerful
and ready to lend a helping hand in time of need. All was done that loving hearts and willing hands could do to releive her suffering until the Master called her.
She leaves three sisters, Mrs. Gary Sprow, Mrs. James Eaton, and Mrs. Philander Eaton of Union county, two brothers Marion and Samuel Cline. One Sister-
In-Law, Mrs. Marion Cline, 15 nephews, 10 nieces whose interest she always had at heart, and many other friends and neighbors. Services were coducted
by Rev. L. H. Myers, of McClure, in the M. E. church at Grelton O.
