Mrs. Rasco served as the Rosendale city tax collector for several years. Then she was a custodian for the Farmer's State Bank in Rosendale for 20 years. Born in Arkoe, Mo., on March 11, 1913, she had resided in Rosendale for 47 years before moving to Savannah in 1993. Mrs. Rasco was a member of the Rosendale Christian Church. On August 12, 1931, she married Glen Rasco in Maryville, Mo. He died in 1988.
Mrs. Rasco also was preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Mary V. Belcher; two sisters, Marie Eisiminger and Virginia I. Belcher; and a grandchild.
Surviving are two daughters, Joyce Brandon of Savannah and Joan Acklin of Royse City, Texas; eight grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Breit & Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah. Burial in the Savannah Cemetery." St Joseph News-Press, May 25, 2001
