He was a very sweet man,my mothers first
Cousin.He met me in Oneida so I could
copy a photo of his dad,that's when I
asked to take one of him.The second one.
Both photos are very special to me.


Mr. Lee Ohnis Coffey, age 79, passed away on Monday evening, July 1, 2013 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. Born October 25, 1933 in Oneida, TN, he was the son of Johnnie and Stella Phillips Coffey. He was a member of the Tunnel Hill Baptist Church for 44 years.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Paul Clifton Coffey.

He is survived by his Wife of 59 years: Dessie Coffey of Oneida; 1 Daughter: Helen Garrett and husband Rick of Robbins; 2 Sons: Johnny Coffey and wife Ann of Knoxville, and James Coffey and wife Crystal of Brownsville, PA; 4 Granddaughters: Emmaleigh Coffey, Amelia Coffey, Erika Coffey and Rebecca Blevins; 5 Grandsons: Brandon Coffey, Cameron Coffey, Ben Garrett, Jeremiah Garrett and Daniel Garrett; and 9 Great Grandchildren: Rory, Raelynne and Davin Blevins, Rachel, Toby, Ruger, Remington, Colton and Nicholas Garrett; Special Cousins: Judy Wright and Lois Gwinn; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, July 4, 2013 from 5-8:00 PM in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida with Bro. Troy Burchfield and Bro. Tim Russell officiating. Music will be provided by the Tunnel Hill Baptist Church Choir.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Honeycutt Family Cemetery in the Tunnel Hill Community. Pallbearers will be his Grandsons: Brandon Coffey, Cameron Coffey, Ben Garrett, Jeremiah Garrett, Daniel Garrett and Dave Blevins and Special Friend: Chris Ellis, Rick Jeffers; Nephews: Edward Honeycutt and Edwin Honeycutt.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida is in charge of the funeral arrangements for the family of Mr. Lee Ohnis Coffey.
