He married Betty Edwards April 15th 1955 in the Logan Temple. Divorced 30 years later. Andrew was a graduate of B.Y.U. He served in the Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1953. He was an accountant by profession.

Andrew is survived by his sons, Drew (Carlie) Neil, Farmington, Ut., David (Kathy) Neil, Layton, Ut., Leland (Debra) Neil, Ogden, Ut.; two brothers, Dale (LuReeta) Neil, Pocatello, Id., Jack (Paula) Neil, Pocatello, Id. and 10 grandchildren.
