Lillie was born in Texas, the seventh of eight children born to Joseph Laban and Susan Virginia Pool. She was married in a double wedding with her brother John Calhoughn Pool.
She married Willie P Weeks on 28 August 1907, in Tucumcari, Quay, New Mexico. Willie was a Baptist Minister in Gallegos, New Mexico (near Bryantine). They are the parents of the following:
(1) Edward Weeks (1910-1929)
Her sisters Susie and Lizzie Pool lived with them after they got married (they were orphans). Lillie died shortly after giving birth to her son Edward. She was buried in Bryantine Cemetery in Harding County, New Mexico, 12 mile south of Gallegos.
