Edith Ann Gordon, 73, of Pittsburgh, PA passed away on 30 May 2018. Edith was born on 07 Mar 1945 in Munhall, PA to the late Clarence Eddy Phillips and Lida Sara (Rising). She was a member of the United Methodist Church, where she sang in the church choir for many years. Edith was an avid and talented piano player and a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn M. Gordon on 21 Apr 1978. She is survived by one son Joseph E, one
daughter Sarah L; three grandchildren and one soon to be great-grandchild. She is also survived by siblings Ellen Uber, John Phillips and Edna Sechuitti, and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday, 01 Jun 2018, from 5-9 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA 15236. Interment will be at Jefferson Memorial Park.
