Albert M. Dwiggins, 88, Shelbyville, died Friday at the Heritage House Convalescent Center.
Born 21 October 1908, in Buffalo, Nebraska, he was the son of Albert J and Rene (Whitinger)Dwiggins. He married Lorene (Baker) Dwiggins on 16 July 1933 in Waldron. She preceded him death on 15 Oct 1993.
Mr Dwiggins lived in Shelbyville for 33 years and was a former resident of Geneva. He worked for many years with the Indiana State Highway Department, including 10 years as a forman. He was retired from the department. He was a member of the Geneva United Methodist Church.
Survivors include 2 sons, Paul Dwiggins, Sheridan, and Jack Dwiggins, Lafayette; 15 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Belle Beyer, a brother, and a sister.
