Allen C. Christman, 70, of 220 Ochre St., Lehighton, died Aug 23 in his home. He was married to Shirley (Klotz) Christman for 48 years last month.
He was a mechanic for the former Hamm Chevrolet and Kovatch Chevrolet-Cadillac, both of Lehighton for 34 years before retiring in 1995.
Survivors: wife; sons, Allen C., Dennis R., and Todd W., all of Lehighton; David W. of Parryville; daughter, Donna M. Gerhard of McAdoo; brothers, Floyd of Saylorsburg, Larry of Lehighton; sisters, Mae Kline of Long Pond, and Fern Scitney of Lehighton; 6 grandchildren.
