Madison--Sebastian T. "Ben" Sheets, 90, of Hanover, died Tuesday at King's Daughters' Hospital.

He was a former employee of several country clubs, including Madison Country Club, Crawfordsville Country Club and Meridian Hills Country Club in Indianapolis, and a former member of the Rotary Club and Elks Lodge.

Survivors: his wife, the former Helen Jones, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Prince of Peace Catholic Church
Lytle Gans Andrew Funeral Home with burial in Springdale Cemetery.
