Mrs. May Stokeley, wife of Richard Stokeley of Johnson township died Thursday morning at eleven o'clock. Death came after a long illness, with tuberculosis. The funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at the West Salem church and interment will be made in the West Salem cemetery.

She leaves a husband, Richard Stokeley, Sr., three children, Rebeccah, Richard and Mary Edna; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Catt and two sisters, Mrs. Rose Butler and Mrs. Ola McCormick. The funeral was held from the West Salem church and was conducted by Rev. Charles Sloan.
