THOMAS MALCOLM COMER, 79, of Millington, retired maintenance supervisor for Schering-Plough, died June 22, 2013 at Methodist Hospice Residence. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 26, and service at 12 p.m., Thursday, June 27, both at Munford Funeral Home, Millington Chapel. Interment in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Comer was a retired USN Seabee, Vietnam veteran, and member of Raleigh Primitive Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Martha Comer, first wife, Glenda Comer, sister, Iona Etheridge, brother, James Comer. He leaves his wife, Treva Martin Comer; five daughters, Darlene Compton (Skip), Deborah Sutton (Jim), Jerri Stutts (Wayne), Sue Vinson (Bud), and Selene Zvolanek (Jerry); one son, Tommy Comer; two sisters, Betty Faye Pitman and Vivian Brooks; one brother, Melvin Comer; ten grandchildren, Richard, Cindy, Brian, Shelby, J.T., Tiffany, Shannon, Hunter, Clint and Amanda; two great-grand-children, Rebekah and Bella.
