Riley E. Adams, who had lived in Shasta County off and on for the past 50 years, died yesterday afternoon in a Redding hospital. He was 64.
Adams, who was born March 8, 1901, in Wickenburg, Arizona, had been an operating engineer for Granite Construction Co.
He was a member of the Corinthian Masonic Lodge No. 38 of Puyallup, Wash., the Scottish Rite of Sacramento, the Cascade Scottish Rite Club of Redding, the Ben Ali Shrine of Sacramento and the Northern California Shrine Club of REdding.
