DAVID LEWIS ABERNATHY, 45, of Memphis, died of muscular dystrophy Wednesday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East.
He was a member of Southland Baptist Church.
He leaves his father, Burley Abernathy of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Marcella Wolf of Kenova, W.Va., and an aunt who cared for him, Ruby Green of Memphis.
