Charles E. Bracey, 56, died March 10, 2005, at Good Samaritan Village, Hutchinson.

He was born Nov. 7, 1948, at Chicago, the son of George and Letha Reed Bracey. A Hutchinson resident for two years moving from Seattle, he was a mortgage broker.

Survivors include:a son, Mohnzabrien E. Bracey, East Grand Fork, Minn.; his mother, Letha Bracey, Hutchinson; two brothers, Robert, Tulsa, Okla. and Michael, Chicago; four sisters, Georgia Mounts, Mary Alice Reynolds and Carol Scott, all of Hutchinson, and Patricia Biddle, Borden Town, N.J.; and a grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father;and a brother, Norris.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor William Green Sr. presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the Good Samaritan Village Recreational Van Fund, in care of the funeral home.
