Funeral for Albert Willard Amacher will be at 7 p.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mr. Amacher, who was 65, died of cancer Thursday in his Southeast Portland home.
He was born in Beaverton and lived all his life in the Portland area. He was a billing clerk for Northwest Nataural Gas Co. for 32 years.
Mr. Amacher was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
His survivors include his wife, Marie; two sons, Michael and Richard, both of Portland; two daughters, Darlene of Sherwood and Susan of Portland; four sisters, Edith Bischof of Wilsonville, Kate Hitchcock of Hillsboro, Marie Scott and Lydia Mooney of Portland; and one grandchild.
Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
The family suggest that remembrances be contributions to the Providence Medical Center hospice fund.
