Bowen, Henry - Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Chapel of Doughty-Calhoun-O'Meara Mortuary for Henry Bowen, 90, 521 1/2 Plymouth Ave., who died Oct. 4 at home. The Rev. Robert L. Jones of First Christian church will officiate. The deceased was a native of Plano and had resided in Kern County for 50 years. Survivors include his widow Cora; one son, Mart Bowen of Bakersfield; two step daughters, Mrs. Paul Eagleson and Mrs. Paul Wilson of Bakersfield; 12 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lester Cooper, Henry Bowen, Robert Bowen, Harry Warner, James Gayford, and Joe Weringer.
