Information re: burial location and inscription
came from survey by Maggie Rail, 2001-2012
mrail.net/data/cemete/wash/
spokane/greenwood/index.htm

Additional information was taken from U.S. Census enumerations for 1880 (parents and siblings in McCook, Dakota Territory) and 1900 (with family of married sister Carrie in Spokane, Spokane, Washington;) and Washington Deaths, 1883-1960 (date of birth estimated from age at death (21 years).)

Contributor #47132889 has suggested that Mabelle was born March 1883 in Montrose, McCook County, South Dakota. I could confirm only that she was born in South Dakota, circa 1884. (Note that Miss Rail's survey says that the date of death on Mabelle's grave is February 22, 1905; however, the date shown on Washington State Death Records is February 20, 1905.)
