Stonewall J. Little, 74, Died At Local Hospital Last Saturday Afternoon --

Stonewall Jackson Little, 74, died at the Lincoln County Hospital last Saturday afternoon after a short illness.

Mr. Little was a prominent farmer of the Seventh District. He was a son of the late Benjamin and Emma Oldham Little and was born and reared in Lincoln County. He was a member of the Beech Grove Methodist Church, and a director of the Farmers Burley Tobacco Warehouse Company.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Higgins Funeral Home by the Rev. A. C. Stark and R. A. Largen, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Little is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hallie Stewart Little; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond Capley; one granddaughter, Mrs. David Lane of Nashville; one great-granddaughter, Pamela Joyce Swing, also of Nashville, and one brother, Leonard Little of Washington, D. C.

Mr. Stonewell Jackson Little, aged 74 years, died at the Lincoln County Hospital Saturday afternoon, January 5, 1952 after a very short illness. Mr. Little was among the best citizens of this county and one of the most successful farmers of the Seventh District. His parents were the late Benjamin and Emma Oldham Little and he was born and spent his entire life in Lincoln County. He was a member of the Beech Grove Methodist Church and a Director of the Farmers Burley Tobacco Warehouse Company. The funeral services were held at the Higgins Funeral Home Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. A. C. Stark and Eld. R. A. Largen, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hallie Stewart Little; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond Capley; one granddaughter, Mrs. David Lane of Nashville; one great-granddaughter, Pamela Joyce Swing, also of Nashville; a brother, Mr. Leonard Little of Washington, D. C.
