Body of J.H. Graham Sr. Arrives For Burial.
The body of James Henry Graham Sr., formerly of Athens, arrived here today (Tuesday) at 1:20 p.m. and was taken to McConnell Funeral Home where it will remain until 1 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Graham died in St. Louis, Mo., Monday at 2:15 a.m. He was 82.
Funeral services will be held at the First Christian Church here with the Rev. John Williams of Cullman and the Rev. Frank E. Davis of Athens officiating. Burial will be in the City Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Mr. Graham is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Ferguson, Sylacauga, Mrs. Mary Anna Grooms, Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. Lily Posler, St. Louis; a son, James H. Graham Jr., Nashville; and eight grandchildren.
