Eva was the daughter of Isaac Myers and Mary Jane Slusser. Eva was the first wife of Oliver Paulser (O. P.) McCord. They married on December 11, 1884. One of her sisters, Annie Victoria Myers, married David Felix McCord, Oliver's brother. Eva and Oliver had 2 daughters both of whom died in childhood, and a son, Isaac Thomas McCord. Eva died of Typhoid Fever complicated by hemorrhages when her son was only 6 years old.
