Mr. Waterman was first married in 1847, on the 5th of January, to Mary A. Ferson. She died in December, 1850, having borne a son - Douglass Waterman - who died in 1855, aged seven years. Mr. Waterman was again married Jan. 30, 1854, to Abbie L., daughter of Isaac Cushman, M.D., of Sherburne, N.Y. .
